Resources multiplied through partnership

Local organizations know their communities. ACTS gives them a shared supply line.

Our community partners already have trusted relationships with the people they serve. What they do not always have is consistent access to the food, beverages, hygiene products, household goods, and other supplies their communities need.

ACTS Foundation helps close that gap. Through our relationship with Convoy of Hope, we receive a truckload of goods approximately every four weeks and distribute those resources through a network of 30 community partners.

Instead of building 30 separate distribution systems, ACTS provides one coordinated hub that strengthens all of them.
How the program works

One shipment becomes community-wide support.

Disciplined coordination turns a truckload into practical resources for thousands of service encounters throughout the region.

01

Receive

A Convoy shipment arrives approximately every four weeks with 25 to 30 pallets of mixed products.

02

Organize

ACTS provides warehouse space, forklift capacity, volunteer leadership, coordination, and pickup scheduling.

03

Equip

Most partners come directly to ACTS to collect the products allocated to their programs.

04

Multiply

Partners distribute the goods through schools, grocery programs, outreach, soup kitchens, and other services.

05

Respond

ACTS retains appropriate household and personal-care essentials for CalAIM clients facing immediate needs.

ACTS

CalAIM clients

Shoes, diapers, detergent, soap, baby supplies, and personal-care products meet immediate needs when available.

Why financial support is still needed

The goods may be donated. Moving them through the community is not cost-free.

ACTS makes a $30,000 annual commitment and provides the warehouse space, forklift charging and maintenance, paid staff coordination, volunteer leadership, and administrative capacity required to keep the network operating.
